Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Supply & Demand

My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say, there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary. Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.

Yeah, that seems pretty low. How are benies and bonus? Especially for second year.
Benefits include medical, dental and vision and 401k...bonuses were really explained well but he said once you go past 180 then there’s additional $15 added on hourly which was super confusing and made no sense but he could not elaborate further. ...paid parking and mileage but no vehicle depreciation and 44 miles of commute (round trip)
Monthly hours requirements are not cool.
Agreed.
From the firm’s standpoint , it depends on your effective hourly rate and what’s the market and demand is for other lawyers with your skill set. If you effective hourly rate is no more than $ 150, your pay is in the ballpark. Over that, not so much. The practice of law is both a profession and a business. If you can be replaced by someone else who is willing to work for $ 85,000, then they is little incentive to pay you more. The good news is if you can find someone who is willing to pay you more ( or require you to work less hours ), you free to free to move on. I don’t need to tell you that 180 billable hours a month is a lot.
