Kinda hard to meet client demands when they lack the capacity to articulate their grievances. Not much you can do to remedy this without getting more details from them
You shouldn't have to play the guessing game with your client to figure out what the problem is. Are you sure you'd be missing out on too much if they drop you?
You could draft up a message or give them a call and try to inquire more about how they think you could be doing more. Have them tell you where you have been failing from their point of view, what they wish you did different, and then make an honest effort to meet those demands as long as they're reasonable.
They could probably also be paying you "so much more" if they're looking for you to do something beyond your agreement. Not much you can do if the client won't give out more details as to what they want
