Any advice on how to get credit score above 800 in a year?

Combined outstanding student loans for me and spouse $$70k.
Do you recommend pay down quickly a la Dave Ramsey, pay minimums and invest the rest, hold out hope for student loan forgiveness or something else?

Additional context - own a home in suburbs (2.15% rate, 255k outstanding, and a few 0% loans for couch, computer, Home Depot, 1 child in daycare

2. Put the land under said condos into a land conservatorship (for taxes)
3. Rent condos at discounted rates (for taxes)
4. A small fee of the rent goes to a trust as a land conservation fee in perpetuity (for tax reasons)

VOO. I predominantly use Schwab’s robo advisor and have consistently been 8% below S&P 500. (1) based on the historical performance of VOO, am I better off shifting all of my retirement and brokerage accounts to VOO? (2) how do I do that? How should I go about this? Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. One of my frustrations with myself (writing it out here so I can work on it) is that I will print out something that I need, such as a traffic collision report. I will read it without actually reading it. This results in spending time without actually retaining info. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve found that I can actually focus when I truly force myself, but often this happens after I’ve discovered an error or an important piece of information that I should have noticed earlier.
