If you don’t have access to a gym, try doing some cardio going for walks or jogging around your home. If you have a condition that doesn’t allow for that, try putting on your favorite music and dancing vigorously for an hour each day. You’re going to see the best results by following a strict low carbohydrate dietwith lots of high fiber vegetables.

I would recommend getting a minimum of 3 hours of light cardio a week, reducing Caloric intake about 500 calories every week, until you hit a range of 1,800 to 2,000 a day. This range with light - moderate activity will allow you to maintain a healthy weight as well as reducing your overall body fat through diet and exercise.
You may also want to make sure you are getting recommended water intake daily.
