Any idea what comp is like for director of tax or vp of tax in fortune 100? TIA

Recently received an offer from Ogletree to do only class action work. It'll be a big change for me, I'll be starting as a fourth year. Double my current salary, etc.

What will this be like? It's more of a niche, but lucrative, part of their practice, right? Will I really get good WLB like they claim? I have a nice 40 hour a week job right now, no billables.

I am working in CG as a consultant with close to 9 years of experience and 9 lacs CTC. Is it ok or should the package be more? Can I ask HR for salary correction? What is the range like in the B2 level?

My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?
