I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Well there are several directors and vps in one company... i work with at least 5-6 directors and couple vps at one of my clients
Haha so reading all the replies, I guess it can range from 140k to 10M - lol. I guess I’ll know if I get there.
I’d expect the top spot to be 500k+ with significant variability in the option/equity package.
$250-$400k all-in comp
Wow a lot lower than I thought. Thanks!

I know of an ASC 740 Director that pulled in over $1M in 1 year. Regular comp for them is $400k base in salary.
Don’t see it in the comments but also keep in mind indirect taxes can fall under the umbrella which blows my mind. CIT is tough enough and you have to worry about property, GST, S&U 🤦🏻♂️. I’m already on the struggle bus.
Depends on the years of experience, Morgan Stanley for example Director of Tax equals to manager base $140k, VP of Tax $170k. If we are talking someone with over 15 years plus years of experience responsible for global tax provision, M&A, planning, etc base over $280k bonus 25-40% plus equity.
It was Domestic Tax Group. I turned it down as I really thought the comp would be much greater when I applied.
