If you can't take a month off I would take days off. For example take a day off every week eg on a Friday or even mid week and use that day to totally decompress and do something fun for yourself. Completely forget about work and spoil yourself eg spa, hiking, learn a musical interest, do a diy project at home, gardening, satisfy any interest that you have on your day off. That day will give you something to look forward to each week and u can keep and update a list of ideas of activities you want to do.
Also on the days you are back at work volunteer to be a mentor to those that are early on in their career. Seeing the impact u make on others can be a very rewarding experience and will teach u to once again believe that the job u do is meaningful. Once u are back in your happy space mentally u will be able to decide whether this job is really for u. It's not a good thing for your mind and body to continuously go through this process of 'wrecking' yourself during busy season then doing damage control thereafter. I recommend you look for other opportunities. There really are a ton of opportunities out their waiting for u so don't limit yourself to being stuck in a job that continuously leaves u being caught up in a vicious cycle. You owe it to yourself to be happy. I hope this helps. Take care 🫂
Honestly it sound like you need a change. Being in a deep rut is not fun and isn’t productive for you personally or for your team. Is there another role that you could look into for a rotation? I think a fresh challenge might help you.
Best of luck!
