Does EY’s vision plan not cover eye exams?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I think regular social interaction is really important. Teams, clubs, and group sports are all really good way to meet people or just get your needed level of social interaction. I play a team sport in an adult/beer league and all my teammates have varying levels of participation based on time, family commitments etc. This also helps with the physical fitness aspect.
I spend a good amount of time reading about health and wellness including emotional and mental health so let me know if you want to talk or have any specific questions.
Would you open to getting a pet? Pets force you to get outside and also keep you emotionally healthy.
Second this. Also 29 and alone for most of it. Animal lover and only sane because of my pets. If you’re an animal person, don’t let your style of dwelling stop you from getting a pet. I’m a tower dweller myself, and it’s really so easy to make accommodations for your pets. For example, dogs sleep most of the day. So it’s less about living space and more about setting aside time to get out for physical exercise. And mental stimulation (e.g., puzzles or snuffle pads) don’t require tons of space either. Cats are equally great for different reasons, so I have both. Also very easy to accommodate.
Edit: should add that with my nearest and dearest friends married and starting families, much of my socialization and new friendships are thanks to getting out with the dog. So it’s not just the animal!
