I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini
Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

Sounds like typical staff augmentation
I just quit entry level role at EY for a tech job partially because they placed me in TD&E. It’s PMO work which didn’t interest me.
Is this the transaction strategy & execution team within EY-P? If so, happy to DM
Yup, focus is on long term implementations and selling them with the idea that “we can do better than TCS but at EY prices”. There is only so much M&A work in the world guys. And EY has a huge standing army to feed.
That's a big "it depends." TD&E is a hybrid of two legacy orgs, one that focused on PMO services, and one that focused on strategy enablement. Projects may fall into the either/or/and category. Some (many/most?) projects/accounts are interesting. Some not so much. The trick is to find an account/sector you like and stick with it to grow your career.
