CFA knowledge isn’t gonna be that relevant to your work at FDD. Also, hitting manager at FDD is basically going to get you to the average starting salaries of post-MBA graduates, so why bother?
IMO, folks need to stop collecting certs and get to work. Everything you’ll ever need to learn is in the business world is right there in the workplace.
To go back to your original question, CPA is not required at KPMG for FDD, but required to be promoted to manager in audit. MBA nor CFA is required for either service line.
My personal opinion is that if you can reach your own definition of success without credentials of any sort, then forego all of it. You will learn what you need to know in the workplace if you just apply yourself. But if credentials are the gatekeeper to you reaching success, then get one. And if you’re asking me which out of the three would be the least time consuming and least costly while providing you with the type of validation you’re looking for, CPA (especially if you’re already working at a firm, the resources are already there).

Me, yes you can now have a CFA instead. I never heard of an MBA to get past manager and likely isn’t worth it if you had to take off work or pay out of pocket.
Also getting in right now would be tough

Gotcha congrats, I work there too need to update my profile but got in during the surge of hiring last year. Curious why they would extend the start date so far out
Nobody is in FDD at PWC
