If you pass M you'll do a round with an SM. From there partner interview and offer.
Is it for commercial or GPS? D1 must be in GPS. For commercial the next interviews will be a Case Study and Behavioral.
C1 yes. Your recruiter should be feeding you this information. But for commercial you should have the following: Recruiter screen, Manager in offering interview, Case Study and behavior/Cultural fit. The last two will be same day (typically Friday)
I did all 3 back to back - behavioral, technical, and case.
Mix of M and SM.
SC in GPS HC
Same here, GPS, I had 4 interviews. I did first three in one day M-SM-SM and next day Partner. I had no case study. First one was supposed to be technical but the M’s level of knowledge was nowhere near to be qualified as an interviewer. Asked him a couple of questions and he was like I have taken some trainings on the subject but I haven’t actually done any of these! Had to try really hard not to make a face!
I cased for GPS (SC, then b2b2b M, M, SM with case first) and no case for commercial (SC, M, MD, SM). Experienced hire interviews.
What is GPS?
Government
What is the technical interview for human capital consulting??
Yes - have some supporting examples or stories. Use the STAR framework. Also depending on level - may need some leadership examples
What is GPS please?
Government and public service (Federal and State)
FYI you can always ask the recruiter about the entire interview process. What it entails and how to best prepare.
