Been with PAS 5 years and do CM. But do other things like HR op model, org design, HR analytics etc. work in all industries and have worked in teams and solo. Good career trajectory but after 5 years, I’m looking for an exit.
What position are you interviewing for? How many years of exp do you have? And what is your level of education? What location? These will all affect: salary, culture and type of work.
Thanks!!!
Amazing people to work with & one of the best teams at EY. Lot of collaboration & less politics. Of course, it’s not cutting edge strategy work, but life is peaceful. So go for it!
Thanks for sharing this! Helped a lot! I’m excited to finish the process next month and hope I get an offer.

Are they hiring?

Thinking of moving to EY PAS from Deloitte HC... thanks for the thread OP!
As long as you are joining PAS change team you are good ... If you are joining PAS systems - welcome to the most toxic team in Canada .
First hand encounter - no clarity on the work , too much micro management by leaders, no learning curve other then SF projects , people are staffed on multiple full time projects and if you don’t align to SM ‘s poster image , you will be burned ... it seems like a family own mom and pop store.
