Quick qstn - I'm receiving HRA of 24075 from my employer but I would like dhow the rent paid as 96k p.a (while filing ITR). Even if I do so, I was only able to get exemption of 24075 from gross. Honestly, totally toxic. Its high time we call women toxic too! I know women can be professional more than men but some women can really get on the nerves. She never has got that mentorship of becoming a manager and talking with professionalism. Its mostly when you come from a KPO organisation where there is a lot of Senior Junior relationship where seniors only talk in this to juniors and cycle goes till the lower level of employee.
All she said was “apna muh bandh rakha karo company ke decision pe and basically company ke 14 banke raho”…
I would always prefer my manager who is male instead of female.
males are not necessarily better than women but currently policies are not gender neutral and more chances freebies are given to women.

Not just borderline bullying. Most newly inducted people have been threatened for their job security throughout their probation period and certain manager also indicatively mention about PIP to assert control.
Even partner excused concern of one person with senior by mentioning possible tough client they might have to deal with.
Common practice in Big4, get used to this
