Canned tuna is my go-to option for cheap protein. Not particularly exciting, but high protein and not much other macros.

Deli turkey isn’t very cheap compared to chicken breast or even ground turkey. It is my favorite lunch meet though. Ground turkey is great for burgers and homemade burrito bowls
If you’re not hungry, but want protein supplements, try protein powders
1 gram fat = 9 calories, 1 gm carb/protein = 4 calories. So u need a low carb and relatively low fat protein sources e.g. Tofu
