PTO Tip: Take PTO the last 2 weeks of November and December. Also take the1st week of January. Unlikely you get picked up the first weeks of December and holidays aren't PTO days #thetwoforonespecial

Has your view of a consulting career lost any of its allure, attractiveness, or value during covid?

I am finishing my internship in Financial Asvisory soon and leadership said several times that they want to extend me an offer at the end of it. Can a recent grad negotiate or the entry point is standardized for everyone? If possible, some tips on how to approach it?

I do not understand how some of you can work >12 hours/day for more than 1 week (at least according to a lot of the claims I see from MBB people or tier 2 like LEK, etc) 🤯. I just worked 13 hour-day for 2 days and I’m mentally tired af and just wanted to sleep right away without dinner. Really, how do you people who work frequent 55+ everyday do it? Any tips to sustain yourself or refresh your mind? Do you work out and cook for yourself?

I am currently a SA1 promoting to SA2 this July in Strategy&, I have just received an offer to join Bain at the Senior Associate Consultant level. Should I take the offer? This will mean a 40+% decrease in compensation in my first year. Will it be worth it long term?
