Can anyone let me know how easy it is to apply to a consulting firm in Dubai directly coming from London? I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?
