Get a copy of the Change Management Institute's Change Management Body of Knowledge. Or the corresponding guide. Both available on Amazon. This defines the WHAT you need to know.

Then, get the Standard for Change Management from ACMP. You can download it for free. That's the WHAT you need to do.

Prosci is merely the HOW with tools and models. The CMBoK and the Standard should put you in a good place.

Reach out to me on LinkedIn if you'd like to discuss further.

Thank you. Really appreciate it

Some of the best I've learned has been through textbooks full of case studies. The PROSCI cert is okay, but not worth that much at all, clients appreciate it more than the companies hiring you

Hello! I get good articles that help to supplement what Peter suggested. Some good websites are dalecarnegie.com, techtarget.com, Shrm.org and many more. You can also take free (audited) courses on Coursera. Hope that helps!

Thank you. Definitely helps

There’s a lot of YouTube videos. Also can just google Deloitte (or other firms) change management PDF. You can find some sample stuff that way

Can anyone let me know how easy it is to apply to a consulting firm in Dubai directly coming from London? I am currently working at a T2 strategy firm in London and my partner and I want to relocate in ~1.5 years. My firm does not have an office in Dubai whilst my partners firm does. Is it possible to apply straight (rather than moving laterally in London, waiting a few years then transferring?) interested in MBB views too. (I would have roughly 2.5 YOE by then)

Any advice on transitioning from a Wealth Management Role to something more analytical? Preferably private equity or investment analysis/due diligence. Have about 4 YOE, located in Boston

Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?

Please help. I’ve moved up the ranks pretty quickly at the company I work for to become a Principal SE. My manager thinks the best next step for me is to move into management and leadership and has started pushing me to apply for an engineering manager role. Or is it okay not to push for a title upgrade?
