Coworker has been prematurely rolled off of 4 projects, and still made it through the “layoffs”. It’s never happened to me, but I spend every waking moment paranoid that I’ll lose my job at any point..

Just got laid off but am holding onto God’s promise. Instead of wallowing and being bitter, I know I can trust Him to be faithful! God always has a plan and is always right on time. ✨

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I work in insurance. I was working for an Allstate agent and was fired the day after my grandmothers funeral for being “unenthusiastic in our morning meeting”. In a new job and my manager saw through my impostor syndrome. He said it out loud that I need to work on my confidence and overcome my insecurity.

Whenever I have to put slides together, I doubt myself a million times and it takes too long to make a single slide. I'll be 40 in five short years. I still feel like late 20s in my mind. I feel like a kid who just got into college. I feel like I just completed my first job interview. It's almost two decades since? Life is slipping away. Here I am chasing weekends, dreading every weekday hoping not to drop anything living the perfect work life and being successful in my tiny bubble. I lost my father at his 54th. That gives me less than 20.

Doing my MBA apps and absolutely feel like shit. It's a lot of work and I've been circling on my essays and feeling like I don't have anything left to give.

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?
