I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

I feel it allows me to get through long strength sessions without losing strength/ energy as I go. On few days when I forgot to take it, I felt less strong in the output (less lifted weight) and got tired quicker, so it looks like it works for me.
I buy one from. Decathlone, their own brand.
That’s not really how creatine works in that you wouldn’t notice a difference on the day you do/don’t take it. You take it daily so your muscles are saturated with it and would take multiple days of not taking it for that to be felt as your muscles become less saturated.
More likely it’s psychological if you think you’re less effective on days you forget. Maybe that will even help you so you’re not thinking “I didn’t take my creatine so I may not lift as hard today”
Creatine HCL
Monohydrate is by far the most studied and proven effective.
Thanks for the reminder
I leaned out when I took it. Gotta get back into it!!
I take Thorne and I feel like it’s greatly impacted my recovery and I can see a physical difference too. But definitely have to keep up with your water intake.
Do you cramp if you don’t drink enough water? I feel like mostly my forearms will cramp after a good arm day - but then I have to pee every 20 minutes and each time I’m borderline about to pee my pants.
Benefits outweigh having to pee but I feel like I’m alone on this haha
Thorne, exos, legion make quality monohydrate. Check Labdoor.com for free third party studies.
