Use a recruiter. Only need a resume and deal sheet. Maybe a law school transcript.

But you are definitely going to need to interview. Not sure if this post is obtuse or rage bait.

You need a recruiter.

lol wut. No firm is going to give you an offer without interviewing you.

I'm assuming you're at least half joking, but even so - Setting aside whether this is a thing (it's not), lateraling is just as much about doing your due diligence and being sure it's a good fit as it is getting hired. If you're not able to invest in the process, do not do it now. Otherwise you'll probably just be lateraling again in another year.
You still need to interview but a recruiter can make the process easier for you. I’m happy to give you an overview of which firms are looking if you DM me

Unserious. lol
It’s not “wasted” time if it’s a necessary step to get to your goal lol, likely more important than the work that your to-be ex firm is keeping you extremely busy with. Manage both and use a recruiter
First thing - you should dispel of the notion/attitude that interviews are a waste of your time, especially when they will be a necessary and very important element of whether or not you get hired by another firm. As a midlevel that should be insanely obvious
Tell your firm you’re burnt out and get temporary reduced hours? Why do you want to lateral?
