Deloitte, when will I find out by how much my salary will increase? Is there a year end review?

I am working as Salesforce developer in wipro.
YOE - 2.8 years
I got a offer from
Salesforce Support - 17LPA
Cognizant Software Developer - 12 LPA
Any advice and suggestions. What to choose ?

Curious to hear how others are thinking about job security (in the event of a stronger correction), building traction at a new job (when you won’t meet your leadership team in person for a year), and stagnant comp (at places like Deloitte who aren’t concerned about retention).

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My first 3 months will be training for my position but I will be paid the same. The job hasn’t offered me a dollar amount yet and I want to be best prepared.

A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
