Hi! 23 year old BDR here, got laid off from a seed stage start up - my first lay off ever, yay. surprised, sad, and lost now. looking for a remote SDR/BDR position now, my mom just started chemo so I can’t go into the workplace for a while and need to help her at home. Need some advice, I honestly suck at sales and it’s just something that’s effecting my mental health. I have grit and I bang out a bunch of calls but I’m not seeing any fruits of my labor. My anxiety of getting fired have been through the roof and I honestly just want to do something else but all I have is recruiting exp along with SDR experience but I have. Certifications In Customer success which I actually understand. Just looking for a possible referal for a functional position.

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs.
