Got offered 115K with 25-30% bonus for a fund accountant role with 3 years of public experience. Is that normal? Seems like really high. I live in NY to clarify. Combination of Big 4 and midsize experience. What’s the normal salary range for ppl in that range?

Experienced hires who have recently joined Big 4, how rough has the transition been?

How do you transition from big 4 consulting to big law? My clients are all funds, and I do international tax consulting. I have used my connections to refer me into probably 10 big law firms and it’s not working. One most recently came back and said they aren’t interested bc I have no law firm experience. How am I supposed to get it though? I can’t go to lower ranked firms bc my clients are all “big.” … any suggestions appreciated!

Networking question here. A retired partner at the firm I used to work out reached out to me recently about attending an afternoon during the week (b4 4/30) with one of his long time clients. The partner and I have kept in touch since I joined my new firm and I feel like his invitation is a great networking opportunity since the client (who I have worked with before) is on a number of boards. What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.
