I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?

In an increasingly hybrid/remote working culture, how do you educate and convince your business stakeholders to not do info overloads with emails? The risk of people not being aware is there but sending separate emails for every sub-program, webinar is annoying (as a receipent) I understand employee perspective.

Recent laterals - have you been integrating well into your new teams? I lateraled into a V20 corporate group a month ago but still feel like I’m just existing at this point. SAFe is already a get-rich-quick scheme and their training is shady as it is. In remote is it even possible to do when there is so many failures when we are not remote? I think it's a waste.

Looking to get a bit of insight on breaking into tech working as an executive assistant after working for BigLaw for 20+ years.

I've been applying to tech companies for executive assistant positions - in particular, remote work positions - and I have yet to get a nibble.
