I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Depends on a lot of factors - what are you being asked to do, how many hours is it adding to your work week, what was the agreement when you were hired, how does refusing impact the business and your group, etc.
I’d push back on unreasonable requests, but also not keep my job description in my back pocket to throw it in my employer’s face when asked to take on more.
I agree now, after making it to mgmt 2x it just wasn’t worth it for me any longer and the expectation to constantly preform at 100% was too much for me. I think some ppl thrive in that but I’m happy with being lower level and just clocking out at my shift. 15 hour days killed me.
A company will get out of you what you allow. Burnout is due to one person doing the job of 2 or more people.
Take your pay and divide by the hours you work. Some people will be shocked that they are making less than a liveable wage when doing beyond what they initially agreed upon hire.
