Does anyone actually go by OTE when considering a job? If the markets rough you may not be able to attain that so having a base like 45k but an OTE of 77k is lame to me. I keep getting these types of offers and I’m sick of it. I negotiate but they say since I only have 3 YOE I’m not eligible…

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
