How is the project for 'Tyson' client?
Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?

MBA (Finance) grad Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Client Issues, Jira for bug reports and tracking team activities, etc.
Any companies that anyone can suggest? Any other skills that I should pick up? Current base pay is 10 LPA. I feel a bit underpaid.
Want to stay in similar business analyst, product analyst roles.

What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? The talent actually gets $25-50/hr based off of $100/hr. All staffing agencies do this. It’s predatory. And on top of that freelance talent have it extremely hard. They get cancelled on last minute, they have no insurance, people don’t pay them..
My CC reps have told me very candidly that talent priced at $65+ don't get placements.
The rationale was that it would require them to charge $120/jr, and/or reduce margins to fit talent into the window
Correct. Because CC is billing the client at $120/hr for them and keeping 50, 60, even 70%
Never use CC. Ever.

If the client pays $100/hr.. the talent maybe seen $30-50/hr. AVOID all staffing agencies..
Currently freelancing full time via CC for a client and getting almost $70. Was told it was freelance to hire. 🙏
If the brand wants to hire you.. the brand needs to pay the staffing agency a “finder’s fee”. There’s a time limit on this.. can be 6months, 1 year, 2 years.
So on top of taking half your paycheck, they represent you exclusively on the backend and then you wonder why nobody wants to hire you after you’re done working with them. 🤫

I also want to add, a paying job is a paying job. Not everyone has inside connections that lead to something and many brands will only work through agencies like CC.
No and yes.
CC scares brands/agencies to work with them if they want to hire anyone. They do this with “iffy / confusing” state/federal laws that are passed/lobbied/written by unions. Nobody needs to work with staffing agencies… they leverage uneducated hiring managers.. and now staffing agencies leverage their power over uneducated/desperate freelancers for LESS than half their rate.
