I’m heavily invested in finding or creating something along those lines as both a legal recruiter focused on diverse attorneys and an attorney of color myself who has experienced some shocking things in big law that others should know about before making career decisions.

What are some of the best consulting firms for a software engineer? Is MBB still considered elite in this area too?

Are there any tax professionals in the Lancaster, PA area that are looking to leave public? The recruiter for my company says there's no one out there and I get that a LCOL area in Pennsylvania won't have the applicant pool as a bigger city but I find it hard to believe there are no tax people available for the jobs we have.

My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. Do I really need an MBA in consulting? I really don’t want to go back to school but I feel like I can’t progress that far without an MBA and my family is pressuring me to go back. MBB? Or a mid cap VC ($500 AUM, not a name brand like Sequoia). Post MBA level at both, no promotions assumed. Not necessarily focused on future VC path over the long term, but interested in experimenting.
