Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

If they are a joint owner not much you can do besides close the account or have them present in the Branch to sign off on the removal of their name on the account !
Our first year during the start up fase we all brought in our own clients and build up our pipelines with really great producing accounts. The problems started after the Layoffs, those accounts had to be reassigned. The biggest challenge was sharing the National accounts, since they are so big. Upper management decided to assign them based on region, only issue is there was no way to track whos deal belonged to who? So unless you knew the AE from that company personally you would never know if that account sent in business or not.
After many arguments and people quiting over files they lost due to a technicality, we finally figured out a solution that everyone was happy with. ( Everyone except those that were benefiting from the caos and getting free layups they never worked on. )
Here is the solution we came up with. We reassigned every account based on region but gave every AE list of accounts they are responsible for as well as a list of every other AEs accounts, this way everyone knows what belongs to who. We also started sending out a daily report with the names of accounts that submitted business and who the AE benefiting from the deal is. This allowed others to cross reference there sheet and make sure the correct people are getting credit. And if a mistake was made it can be corrected that same day instead of weeks into processing.
The answer was transparency.
Mmmm...no but this sounds like a mess waiting to happen tbh
Nope, I don't and I will never have one in the future. I had one in the past and I feel like I am developing anxiety issues. Better have one on your own.
