If I’m moving to a new company - would it be better if I kept my 401k as is with my old employer or should I roll it over? I’m pretty sure if I roll over it’ll be buying certain investments at the top. Thoughts?

27 yo with no debt + masters. I know I need to invest aggressively in stocks but I DCA 500 ish every other week into my brokerage account. What else should I do? Please help!

Anyone have experience setting up a COBRA insurance plan? Leaving to a smaller firm soon that has high medical insurance premiums, so was looking to keep the same medical coverage I currently have.
