A1, have you noticed any differences taking the D? 😏
Or because of work, we literally never see the sun.
Not to get racial- but are you non-white? I’m a brown guy and discovered I get this problem every winter a couple of years ago. I was talking to an African American friend about it and she was surprised I didn’t know this. She’s done D supplements since she was a kid. We don’t absorb vitamin D as well as white people, and it’s worse in the winter when days are short.

Is that really what low vitamin d causes? Because mine was really really low and I’m on medication for the next month to bring it up to normal levels.

A2, I’m middle eastern so yes that could definitely be a factor. But I also agree with A1 that I literally never see the sun because of never ending work. Not even on the weekends.
My father had this problem... often times we brown folk will avoid the sun as well to not get darker. That's why a lot of folks in the Midwest get winter blues... sunlight makes us all happy!!
Vitamin D plays a big role in testosterone - remember that. And also your body's ability to absorb calcium to maintain bone density. I take a multi with 1000mg, a Cal-Mag-D tablet with another 400mg, and a D-only 2000mg supplement every day and it has definitely made a difference in my life and exercise (and motivation for the latter).

Also weight - I'm little overweight and brown so I was low. Take 10K a day for 20 days then taper to 5 for 20 and retest - still to 3-5 fromthen on
