I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

I will get the ball rolling with a few, by no means is this exhaustive;
- Four Agreements
- First Time Manager
- The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
- Emotional Intelligence 2.0
Also, some other tips and tricks:
- set up regular 1:1s
- try to understand their goals and motivations
- focus on how to get the work done AND how to help them grow and develop
- situational leadership is key - treat each one as an individual
I would add Multipliers and Radical Candor to this list.
Also, to VP's point, try to figure out strengths and weaknesses and put people in positions to succeed, especially when it can align with their goals.
Thanks, Eric
