Are you set on employment? If you’re 50/50 I’d go DLA for the prospect of being able to move practices. Either way, DLA pays more than the other two.

Littler is the best but you will make double at DLA.
Thisssss take the money
Littler hands down because they have way more training and learning opportunities for juniors. I lateraled in as a senior so viewing this in hindsight.
Littler easily
Littler will be significantly better at training you for L&E. Stick it out for a couple years, then lateral to a higher paying firm. No shortage of job opportunities for L&E in CA.

I did not find share the ability above posts’ positive experiences with Littler, either from seeing great or from a firm culture perspective if you want a balanced perspective.
