For anyone in regulatory affairs, does it make sense for someone, with a PharmD in the US, to obtain Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC)? It is pretty pricey and not sure if it’s worth going after. Currently have 2 years of experience in Pharma (PV/Regulatory Submissions) looking for new opportunities in the near future. Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers. Regarding AI, I find this field fascinating but I feel like it requires a lot of experience, degrees and diplomas.

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.

First-year tax staff that started end of Q3, and just had my first year-end performance evaluation meeting. I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job.
