For those of you who have the platinum and gold amex, when do you ever use your gold amex?

I have the Gold, Platinum, CSR, and Freedom Unlimited. I go:
Platinum - Flights (5x points)
Gold - Restaurants and Grocery Stores (4x points)
CSR - Hotels, other misc travel (3x points)
Freedom - Most everything else (1.5x points)

M2 i value MR more mainly because ANA is a partner. And even if you do value UR higher, it can't be so far off that 3x is better than 4-5x

Platinum is mostly worthless from a spend point of view (rewards are extremely low at 1x). Only exception is amex portal or if you highly value insurance / extended warranty on normal purchases

Personally I use business plus card (2x MR on everything) plus platinum on just flights and spending bonuses and gold for grocery/restaurants

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.

So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Trying to stay calm and collected, but sometimes it takes a toll
