May I know what is the notice period if one resigns in infy during the first 6 months of joining? I am a lateral resource and they hired me in June, but they have no projects related to my tech and want me to take weird roles.. seems they are hiring to increase employee count and cross training most. just looking for options..

Just once. Are you using it at night? What moisturizer do you use in the morning?
I wake up super flakey, but in the morning i rub all the dead skin off in the shower. Tretinoin kind of rules my life in that I MUST shower in the morning before doing anything else. Washing my face in the sink is not enough- the longer face soak in the shower softens up the skin enough that im able to exfoliate off all the flakes.
I use good and simple Vanicream at night. Daytime, I use La Roche Posay. Are you applying tretinoin on damp/wet skin by chance? Also, how long have you been on tretinoin?
I use Cetaphil derma control, but have Cerave as a back-up. I will give that a shot. Thank you for all the suggestions! I’ve been fine with no flakey issues until now when the weather is cold
I have been there 😭 my skin was really dry and flaky at one point from it, even if I tried to exfoliate it only seemed to help a little.
This is what I do that helps:
only do it like 2-3x per week until it gets a little better. After any time I shower or wash my face I use hyaloronic acid serum. This will lock in moisture so do it while your face is still damp. I also use the CosRx Snail mucin - either the serum or all-in-one cream. This also locks in moisture so I’ll switch this with my hyaloronic acid on some nights when my skin is worse. Then I use a heavy moisturizer at night after putting the tretinoin on. I also do slugging at night or sometimes mornings - I would do this on nights where you aren’t doing the tretinoin. Slugging is basically slathering an occlusive ointment, like Vaseline or Auqaphor all over your face. This helps with my dry skin a ton and helps repair the skin barrier. In the winter I also wear a neck scarf that I can pull up over part of my face because the cold wind makes it worse. Lastly, I don’t apply it to my cheeks anymore, my dermatologist recommended to place it more on my problem areas which are my forehead and chin since my cheeks were really dry. Hope this helps!
These are the two products I bought. Gonna give them a try - thanks 😊
