Genuine question: I got into the habit of saying ma’am and sir to people who are old, people I don’t know their names .. etc.
Is their anything to consider when it comes to inclusion when I do that! Should I be I worried to say sir to someone identifying themselves as she for example?

I am frustrated as a Gay Woman who has given her all for 30+ years grinding to be the best. I have been in closet, out of closet, in-between and am tired of it. I want to be VALUED as a human being. On the topic of intimacy with partners… I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years and the past year his libido has dropped to zero. Mostly due to work stress (he says). I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.
