Going from Big 4 to MBB one level down but higher compensation. Worth it?

I am a senior and I enjoy what I do but know I don't want to do it forever. What are the signs that the opportunities in the market place are the ones to jump at?

I recently accepted a position at the company and have been working as a temp for the past 3 months. I really enjoy the people I work with and the company seems to really support its employees, however it is in a field that doesnt exactly align with what I would like to be doing. And unfortunately the compensation package is also lacking.

I graduated with my MBA in finance in 2020 and began working at a bank as a Management Trainee. 2 years later, I am an assistant to a financial advisor studying to become a financial advisor. However, I have to do this on MY time and not the bank's.

A company gave me a range of 90-100k in recruiter screen. I got the offer which says 90k. If I want to be at 100k, should i be genuine and ask for 100k? Or do i have to ask for something higher like 110k to get the 100k?

PwC offer for $115k for first year Manager in Atlanta. Am I getting lowballed? Recruiter says she fought to get me every penny she could and cannot get any more for me.
