Guys! I need your help. How do you handle major among your community members? We're seeing some infighting and toxicity that has increased rapidly and we are not able to get on top of it.

How big is the community group you're dealing with? And what are the issues that are causing the toxicity and infighting?

Determine first the root cause of the problem. You won't be able to come up with solutions if you don't why these things are happening. Best of luck!

What kind of problem? Does it have to do with their work and performance? Or their personality?

Identify first what was the cause or who started it. You need to get to the bottom to solve the issue.

That's so unfortunate. I usually gather the people involved and ask them directly. 1:1 is a great option too.

Make an investigation to find out what is causing the problem. From there you can move forward. Talk to the people involved and make sure that they will feel the sincerity of your motives in keeping the community in a good relationship.

If you have a really big community, is it probably worth it to hire some moderators. That way their are multiple people on it at all time and catch things before their spiral out of control

We found that some words are triggers in the community and sent them to our coder so that when people send out post with those words it will automatically take it down

How often does this happen? and is it surrounding any particular topics

Try to identify the underlying issues that are causing the conflict. Is it a difference of opinion or values, misunderstandings, or a personality clash? Understanding the root cause can help you develop an appropriate response.

Communicate openly and honestly with the community members involved in the conflict. Let them know that you are aware of the situation and that you are working to resolve it. Encourage them to communicate with each other directly and to express their concerns in a constructive manner. Depends on the size of the community though.

Set clear boundaries and guidelines for acceptable behavior within the community. This can help prevent future conflicts and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Remember, conflict is a natural part of any community, but it can be managed effectively with the right approach. Be patient, empathetic, and committed to finding a resolution that works for everyone involved

Mediate the Conflict: Take into account enlisting the aid of an unbiased third-party mediator to assist in facilitating communication between the parties. The mediator can assist in defusing the conflict and identifying points of agreement.

Do you have a set of community guidelines/expectations? Agreed to the posts here - have a conversation with each party, let them express their concerns but also lay out the guidelines and expectations of how conversations should take place.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. My manager feeds me 100 chole bhature & then my tummy hurts so I ask her to give me a leave but then she declines my request and feeds me 1 more plate of chole bhature then I die because of excess gas formation inside my stomach, then I poop & become alive once again then my boss notices that im alive again and feeds me 109 plates of kadi chawal and this goes on and on and on and on

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.

First year associate in litigation offered an assistant in-house role for the construction division of a real estate development company. Asked to send an offer letter detailing my salary and benefit requirements. Don’t know where to begin. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I got a job offer from a new company so I signed the offer letter and received the company laptop and they have created login credentials for me but my date of joining was after 15 days. Then I have submitted the resignation on current company. Now my current company found that I have accepted the offer for new company and got their laptop. Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down.
