Bhai no one can answer this for you. Only you can decide for yourself. If you don't find her physically attractive enough for marriage then there's nothing's wrong in it. Many girls won't find you attractive as well. Take it this way.
First decide what are the things you can compromise on and what are the non-negotiables for marriage. That will help.

People will become fat after marriage that doesn't mean that you should marry fat people. Do you buy any item if has scratches on it as it anyway get scratches in future?
I think you should also think about her quality as a person. Fat person can become thin easily but a nasty person will remain nasty forever. I am sure she must be conscious of her weight as well so tread carefully. Finding the right person to marry is more important.
