Had an interview for Comcast xfinity Market Manager. What are some good ways to ace this interview and stand out amongst peers

I am trying to make the transition from a large nonprofit public media organization to a small agency. I’m currently interviewing and it’s looking real promising. However, it’s a whole new world for me! Any tips or suggestions???

How long did you hear for an update after applying to visa with or without a referral?

A few months ago I interviewed for a trading position. I recently received the job offer and the title doesn’t match the job description I applied for (it doesn’t have the word “trader”), though they insist that job responsibilities haven’t changed. Additionally, variable comp is very low % target and not based on individual performance. Any advice on what to do??

Polling any recent experiences here => In a hot market like this, you think agencies would consider a ask $200k an ACD role — granted if the candidate was very seasoned and/or even low level CD, but moving for the work etc.?

Or are agencies still playing hard nose to “match title” / maxing out at 180/190?

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. How tough is it to make the jump from SMB SAAS to Mid-market type roles? I’ve been annihilating my quota in my current role for the past 18 months, but on pretty small deal sizes. (Also I have no college degree) will sales managers care more about the performance record? Or more about the lack of big deal experience?

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.
