Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Following, I’m asking my managers to write my recommendations for my MBA applications for next August. I don’t think they will be opposed and I’ve told them multiple times that I was going for it. Would love to hear any advice from others who have already done it. Thanks!
I was one year in when I asked for law school recs. If they’re good people who want what’s best for you and your career, I would not worry about it.
I had a coachee go from tax back to grad school to get his MBA. I wrote him several letters of recommendation, as did the partner in our group.
Three years
I think if you’re with the firm for 3 or more years they’ll write but I’ve only been for about 1.5 so I think they won’t write me one
I had one written for me for business school. I was worried too. If someone came to me for one I would do it, assuming it was warranted.
You don’t need to specify major in the reference letter do you?
I’ve already just wrote my own recommendation and had the partner or whoever sign it on their letterhead.
I've written letters of recommendation for staff/seniors. I know people are mobile and turnover exists. Trust me, no one expects 100% of their team to stay (unless they are fools).
I did. For quite a few MBA programs. Both the partner and senior manager on my jobs wrote several recommendation letters for me. Could have not gotten into my dream B-school without their help.
