I have left the previous org in 1.1 years due to inappropriate work quality.
So I'm looking for Stability, learning & WLB majorly.

I got offers from Tata Consultancy - 18 fixed+4.3 VP
Birlasoft - 25L agreed on initial call. HR round pending.
Tech:Mainframe, YOE: 11.5
15 days notice left.
TCS asking for joining confirmation within 3 days.
Is it worth rejecting TCS, for 10% more package from birlasoft.
TCS better on:
Health insurance
More Yearly leaves
No relocation
No shifts
Birlasoft better on:
More package
May get joining bonus.
Help me decide which one to choose?
If any other factors to consider?

No. It’s an extremely common given how tumultuous the industry has been since 2020, especially if you only have 1 jump like that on your resume.
Just have a good, clear answer when they ask you in interviews why you jumped.

No I don’t think so - if it’s not a good fit and/or you’re looking to do something else, it’s fine. As long as you can speak to it (if anyone even asks about it), you’re fine.
If you’re changing companies, yes
If you’re changing disciplines maybe just drop the first job off the resume. The stereotypical gen z judgement will happen regardless.
1-2 years at an agency is pretty common nowadays. I interview candidates all the time and have rarely seen a resume without a jump like that.
How long were did you stay at the first job? Could you just leave it off your resume?
I was there 9 months. I’ll probably leave it off my resume.
