I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

Anyone still working remotely? Pros and cons?
I didn't win the Powerball.
Le sigh.
Make sure you have at least 3-5 opportunity sourcing stories ready to go. Talk about how even though as a BDR you didn’t own the sales process you still approached many deals like an AE and influenced them through to closure. Have a perspective on how you’d approach a new territory systematically. Talk about the “7 Summits” of sales: pipegen, time management, business acumen, forecasting, sales acumen, strategic big deals, product knowledge. Do your research on the company and their value props and don’t be afraid to close at the end of the interview: ask what you can expect for next steps, if they have any reservations based on the discussion you can address now before closing, nail down an appropriate time to follow up with them if you don’t hear anything back etc. Then send a thank you note later in the day or the morning after. Good luck!!
This is a fresh perspective and honestly helped calm my nerves. Thank your for all of this!

Questions to ask:
WHY? What, Who, Where, When, How?
What leads you in that direction?
What is the end goal?
What are you doing to address that right now?
Who is working on that with you/Who else is involved?
Who else does this impact/Who else will benefit?
What other solutions are you considering?
When is that due/timelines?
How does that tie to the company’s key initiatives?
How does that impact the business?
How does that effect your role?
What happens if you get it right/wrong?
What needs to happen in the next 30 days, so I can make an immediate impact?
Have you ever done that before?
What is the procurement/decision making process?
Hi everybody - just wanted to provide you all with an update! I got an offer for the company and I’ll be starting next month. Even got a 5k signing bonus. Thank you all for the advice, this is what these forums are all about.

Wow! There are some great responses to this question.
My contribution is this. After the role play sessions as for feedback, "how did I do?" Then after that is answered ask "how could I have done better?".
What this is demonstrating is that you are open to being coached by your management team and you are comfortable receiving feed back.
Good Luck!
