Hello fellow Fishes I have an offer from persistent. Need some clarity on same. I want to know the grade system in persistent. What does 7.1 mean? Is 7.1 a right fit for an total experience of 10+ years? What is the appropriate CTC for an architect designation? I want to know if I am getting it as per experience.

Not about Amazon but maybe someone has the answer I’m looking for :) At Meta if you interview for a contract role and get rejected does the 6 month cool off period still apply to you when apply to new jobs? Similarly, if you are employed by a staffing agency at Meta are you barred from interviewing for other roles there? Facebook (Meta)

I wouldn’t care so much about whether it’s a red flag or not. If you’re not happy to go somewhere else.
The point of life is to be happy
4 months sounds to me like you gave it a 90-day trial plus an extra 30 for good measure to be sure it was the right fit. Don’t sweat it.
6 years here. 3 places I’ve worked. One only a year. My current 9 months (thinking of leaving) It’s common these days and it isn’t something held over your head anymore. If you aren’t happy look elsewhere

I love the client side. Left healthcare after burnout. Ad agencies I enjoyed as well. I had the same issue even though I enjoyed my agencies. After I pivoted to the client side. I never looked back. Work life balance without a pay cut. Interviewing right now hopefully I can maintain it. Don’t see myself going back to an A.A. Every recruiter has me down as No pharma lol. You gotta keep pivoting. Good luck.
You can start looking now, and just be prepared to have a reason to explain why you left your current role so soon!
