EY exit process: assuming they pay for PTO days but are there qualifiers? Also, is exit interview on the last day with any documentation to sign?

Maybe it's because I'm in tax, but I've never dealt with these unreasonable Partners people speak of. I've never been told I can't go on vacation, or I've never been yelled at for not being in the office long enough. I've also never been iced out because of one mistake here or there.

During my first year, I struggled, and the partners I worked with went out of their way to take their time with me to help me learn, as did some of the senior-level Associates.

When is it either allowed or seen as OK to start using FTO? I recently started here and while I’m not looking to slack off and take time off, I just want to know how it works. Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Likewise, if we permit this song, I assume we cannot compel attendance to the talent show. The talent show is part of a lunch thing.

Had an offer for 30% more , a promotion to manager, extra week of vacation to switch firms. I love where I am at with my clients and there is a lot of potential there. Should I stay the course?

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. Pros: 50k bump, company is full remote, no time tracking software, unlimited PTO, 10k in quarterly bonuses, vertical move in responsibility and title, will set me up for future roles in different companies with the title I am looking for (so strategic move)

Cons: Its a startup, the solution they offer is adjacent to my desired industry, its a very small team so I wouldn’t grow my network as much, tech stipend for new laptop (but they don’t provide a work one)

I know my savings are not much as compared to YOE But trying my best.

1. kpmg providing 7.5 as a fixed n other components total CTC will be around 8.5+

2. Xyz - 8.5 fixed+ 1.5L bonus at year-end n other components total CTC will be 11.40

After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.

So should I join the company or wait more and get better offers from better companies.
Considering the current recession scenario in mind.
Please suggest.
