Had a few questions about the CO/PIP situation going in ZS.
1 am fourth cycle Associate and entered a new vertical six months back
Im not motivated/interested by the workstream due to which my performance past cycle has been lower. Im afraid if I should ask for a shift to new project/workstream but at the same time i feel team might' put me on a PIP or CO due performance last cycle (there are frequent calls set up with my C and ACs) Or should I plan for switch?

I have a potential offer to join a mid firm in a city where they’ve only been around for a few years, so there aren’t a lot of employees, maybe 25. I really like city and the people, but curious, would joining at this stage lead to faster promotion to MD/Partner? Or even manager or senior manager? It seems like there has been a lot of growth even with Covid.

How does everyone feel about the online SHRM learning for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP for Certification?

I'm a fresher and I recently joined one of the big4 as a senior analyst.
I am given sap as my competency, but honestly I'm not finding it interesting. I was hoping to shift to data analytics(python, sql, etl, powerbi, advanced excel... Working with these techs).
I have knowledge in python and sql. I also have some development skills, reactjs and stuff(not relevant to data analytics).
Should I increase my skill set before starting to apply to other firms?
