Hi All, I ve recently had a 9-Month disappointing hiring experience with Accenture (CHM) & prior to that 6 Interviews with EY (PPL Advisory) I was close on both&felt I did well, but not to drag that story out. I was wondering if anyone can offer a referral or suggest other companies, maybe with more WLB, remote options or just not 60hr/ weeks as I heard competitive Big 4s have. Im looking at Change Mgmt or similar. I am keen of people analytics and work that deals with i/o psy. U.S Westcoast/CA

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive.
