Hi Everyone, I am new to Ford and I was seeing the rating scale recently and most people in my team got MET and few got EXCEEDED. But I couldn't find anyone who got Bar Raiser or on the opposite end to anyone who got UNMET? So my questions is does anyone get these or majority always stay in met and exceeded? what happens if you get either of these ? Like if you get bar raiser do you get like a skip promotion and if unmet do people get into like bench or something?

Daily filling Timesheet even on bench.. bad process. it shall be weekly or monthly..

Hello, after doing some research I believe I’m being underpaid. About 4 months ago HR did a market analysis for my role. They bumped my salary for about $2k. I’m a mid-level Executive assistant with 6 years of experience and currently supporting 5 executives at a fortune 50 company. One C level and 4 Vice Presidents. I’m currently making $61,000 with bonus included. Based on my research I should at least be making $71,400. I have a check in with my boss tomorrow and I am asking for a raise.

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. Is there a way to say “my current org doesn’t know I’m looking, so please treat my interest with discretion” that doesn’t raise red flags? Thanks!

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.

AWS has prestige but is it worth it?
