This is awesome OP. My husband and I actually eloped so I would love to contribute to this. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you!

Yup, I'm not getting past the demographic data collection. Good luck with the level of detail you think you need before you ask anything about elopement.

No pressure if it’s too much you don’t have to finish.

Just finished the survey! Can I ask what this is for? I'm not weirded out by providing demographic info but I didn't include my email because I don't really want spam mail. Choosing whether or not to elope has been such a hard decision for us. We got engaged and everyone is counting on a wedding, but we're dragging our feet on planning a whole big thing

Yes absolutely! No worries it’s for my elopement venue.

It maybe an option if the families are having trouble with the wedding prep or are causing issues in the planning. I say the to Take your Man and your dress and go get married with justice of the peace and two people as witnesses or just the two of you.

Need advice and help.

I have realized I grew up in a household where my dad did not treat my mom as an equal. He belittles her, is rude and convinced his way is the only way.

It is painful to say, but some of this shows up in me and in my relationship. I am starting to catch myself, and it to me seems to be more of a reaction than anythjng that is ever intentional.

Wondering if anyone has dealt with something similar, and any success in making changes besides therapy. Cont. in comments
