I spend a lot of time on my computer, and the nootropic that has helped me the most is called Genius Mushrooms - here's the link: https://thegeniusbrand.com/products/genius-mushrooms ... it has helped my energy and focus tremendously. I also take with orange juice, which increases your uptake of your vitamins and minerals. And has lots of vitamin C, which is great for your eyes/vision, as well!
Potassium is important and vitamin D3🍒
I am taking NooCube because I searched for the best Nootrpoics in the market. I needed one too. Well, so far it's okay. I don't feel any discomfort as a side effect. It really does keeps you energized so you have to take it in the morning because you might not be able to sleep early at night.
Nice thanks I'll look into it.
I usually just take fish oils. I pair it with omega 3 and multivitamins. I take them alternately.
I already take fish oils. I load trucks at FedEx early in the mornings that where I take all my vitamins/fish oil. However 4 hrs of hard labor there feels more like 6🤣.
Fish oils definitely! I also drink ginkgo biloba for my brain. Just don't take them everyday. Every other day would be fine.
Nice I'll look into ginkgo biloba...thanks
At least every hour look at things that are distant.
That's a godo tip. Also I got blue light glasses which ave really helped! And a laptop riser so that I'm not slouching down all the time
I like magnesium! I have noticed a big difference in my stress level and sleep! Definitely will recommend it.
Love Magnesium! Definitely a great muscle relaxer and great for sleep. I use the Alpha Lion Sleep supplement for sleep. It's also great for muscle growth, fat loss, and you get that nice REM sleep. It's definitely a supplement I would recommend.
Phenylpiracetam: it's the only one available that is not subtle and gives an instant uplift of energy and motivation, if used sparingly. It has benefits if used everyday too, but I like to keep it for when I need it. Hope this helps!
Pramiracetam provides the mental clarity, faster reaction speeds (for gaming), and ability to learn new material faster and have actually it actually stick in my brain permanently.
Have a prosperous year ahead!
Agmatine is purely for my mental health. It helps a ton with my motivation, depression, and anxiety. I also have reynauds (cold hands and feet), and the vasodilation bonus of Agmatine helps in that area, as well as build muscle when working out. You will not regret it.
Fish oil definitely! I found that it helped improve my thinking skills, memory and reaction time. You can also acquire this by eating two portions of oily fish per week.
I always recommend creatine to my colleagues especially those who don't eat meat. It improves memory and thinking skills.
Try Acetyl-L-carnitine. This one I really recommend if you want to feel more alert, improve memory and slow down age-related memory loss.
I agree with the fishy who commented gingko biloba. It increases blood flow to the brain to improve one's focus and memory.
If you prefer organic or herbal supplements go with either gingko biloba or Bacopa monnieri. Bacopa monnieri has been shown to improve memory and thinking skills in healthy people and in those with a decline in brain function. I suggest you take this one with food.
NooCube is my ultimate fave. I tried others but NooCube is just the best.
