I have got an offer from Nielsen media , Gurgaon location for lead AI/ML data scientist role. I have 6 years of experience in data science.

Current ctc - 24 lpa
Offered ctc - 32 lpa all fixed

Nielsen is good but I am worried about job security as lots of people are saying that silent firing is happening in India.

Should I join or not ?

People who have cheated in their previous relationships, how did you come to realize the reason behind your behavior? A close friend confided in me that she has cheated in all her previous relationships and struggles to understand the reasoning behind it. To those with an anxious attachment style and have trust issues due to past childhood trauma you’re still healing from: How do you keep yourself from thinking your significant other is going to cheat on you when she/he goes to a party or out while you’re miles away? I’ve been in therapy to help, and trying to distract myself but my anxiety is keeping it from working and don’t want to put that pressure on him because I’m trying to work on it.

My gf and me call each other everytime we have free time. However lately she seems disinterested in phone time.
